He was spot on and I am really pleased with my choosing Direct Drainage. He listened to my concerns and came up with a solution which I was pleased with which has solved the water table issue. His work was tidy and the team cleaned up after the work had been completed, which left me very little to do. Relaying new block pavers over the installed drains to match the existing driveway was superb and has left me with a first class driveway. Also, he is genuine in his quotes to the extent that where work or materials quoted haven't been used, he genuinely reduces the intitial quote for work time and materials actually carried out - not many companies do that to their customers. He is friendly and knowledgeable and I have recommended him to another family member who has drainage issues for a job next year. “Kyle and his team replaced our very outdated septic tank with a new water treatment plant. The site wasn't an easy one to work with and in fact several companies had turned down the work as not straight forward. Kyle was tenacious and put forward plans with the council and highways and managed the full process for us to get the best outcome we could. The team arrived on the day they said and the standard of work was exceptional. They were very focussed on the job looking just right at the end and there were no cutting corners. They also put up a gateway and side fence to finish the job off perfectly. We had such a positive experience that we have also contracted them to replace a very tired looking driveway.”
