Expert Landscaping & Driveways Across
Carlisle

The best way to start is by thinking about how you want to use the space. Whether you need a flat area for the kids to play, a low-maintenance patio for entertaining, or a complete garden transformation, we can help. Our team looks at your existing layout and helps you choose materials that suit the Carlisle climate. We handle all the groundwork and turfing ourselves, making sure the soil is prepared properly so your new lawn and plants can thrive.

Cumbria gets its fair share of rain, so drainage is the most important factor for any new driveway. We focus on proper paving installation that allows water to run off correctly, preventing puddles and ice patches. As experienced paving contractors, we offer various styles and materials that not only look great but are durable enough to withstand heavy use and the local weather.

Yes, we work with many commercial clients across Cumberland. This includes everything from maintaining business park grounds to large-scale groundwork for new developments. We understand that commercial projects often have tight deadlines and health and safety requirements, which is why our Safe Contractor status and £5 million insurance are so important for our business clients.

Hard landscaping refers to the "built" parts of your garden—things like patios, retaining walls, paths, and driveway installation. It involves significant groundwork and construction. Garden maintenance is more about the ongoing care of the space, such as mowing, pruning, and keeping things tidy. We specialise in the heavy lifting of hard landscaping and the initial garden design, but we can also help set up a schedule for regular garden maintenance to keep your investment looking its best.

Everything you build on top of the ground depends on what’s happening underneath. If the groundwork isn't done right, you’ll eventually see sinking paving, cracked walls, or poor drainage. We make sure the foundations for your landscaping or development project are solid and that all underground pipes are protected or rerouted correctly. This prevents expensive repairs further down the line and keeps your property stable.
